Our response

Warmy and Heatwave

A Heatwave listing is not a verdict on your deliverability. Validity does not decide what reaches Gmail or Outlook. Google and Microsoft do.

Validity is a vendor, not a regulator

Validity is a commercial vendor, not an email regulator or an authority over those platforms.

Its commercial interests should not be confused with independent authority, and its blocklist should be judged by its demonstrated impact on email deliverability.

What we hear from Google and Microsoft

Based on our direct conversations with professionals at Google and Microsoft, our current understanding is that neither provider uses Heatwave in its filtering decisions or currently plans to adopt it. We continue to validate this understanding through our industry contacts. For senders using these platforms, a Heatwave listing alone does not demonstrate that their emails are being blocked, placed in spam, or treated differently.

Heatwave reflects one commercial vendor’s assessment. It does not have universal authority over email deliverability, and its practical relevance depends on whether a receiving provider actually uses it.

How Warmy works

At Warmy, we focus on actual sending performance: inbox placement, delivery failures, authentication, and provider feedback. We investigate measurable changes and take action based on evidence.

We built Warmy with varied engagement patterns. Timing, opens, and replies do not follow a single fixed sequence, and we continuously refine our algorithms as mailbox providers, filtering technologies, and detection methods evolve.

We have also moved customers to dedicated sending environments, strengthening account separation and reducing exposure to unrelated senders’ activity.

This gives us greater control over each customer’s sending setup and supports more targeted investigation and remediation.

Our purpose

Our purpose is clear: help legitimate, responsible senders establish, protect, and restore their domain and IP reputation. That means identifying underlying problems, improving sending practices, and supporting sustainable recovery.

We are actively researching Heatwave and monitoring its real-world effects. We stay connected with mailbox-provider professionals, participate in leading deliverability conferences, and follow policy changes, filtering technologies, and emerging risks across the industry.

Why we do this

Our mission

We are committed to helping businesses grow and succeed by providing them with the best and most effective email marketing solutions available today.

Our vision

A world where every legitimate sender reaches the inbox, and deliverability decisions are based on evidence, not assumptions.

Our love for deliverability

Email deliverability is not a side feature for us. It is what we study, test and care about every day, because every email that reaches the inbox matters.
