Managing team members<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Workspace member management means admins can view the following data:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Members\u2019 email addresses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Status: Active\/Inactive\/Suspended.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Join date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Member\u2019s Role.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, admins have the ability to suspend access for active members and restore access for suspended members. Both activities do not have corresponding email notifications as of now.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Management of existing invitations<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Admins can review the pending invitations along with the users\u2019 email addresses and invite creation date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Admins can also remove outdated invites. When a user opens an invite link that has been removed, the invite will appear as no longer valid.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Admins can send invites to multiple emails at once and validate email uniqueness inside the workspace.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are two options for invites:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Require email approval (standard invite flow).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Force-add to workspace (only for users already existing in the system).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>4. Application-level management<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This has the same logic as the Admin Panel, but the application does not show whether the user is already in the system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Admins can only manage their own workspace, not global data.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only the workspace owner can invite users and suspend\/restore members.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other members can only view the members list and statuses.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>5. Workspace creation<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To create a new workspace, the user needs to provide only a name and the workspace is created immediately.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a user has no active workspaces (e.g., removed from all), the system automatically creates a new workspace with a default name. The user becomes the owner of that workspace. These users don\u2019t see the \u201cCreate New Workspace\u201d button by default.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Admins can enable the ability to create workspaces via the Admin Panel (support request).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users can switch between multiple workspaces they have access to.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>6. Migration for agencies<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agency users will be moved to separate workspaces.
